2. To perform CPR on a adult
1 - You need to know is the environment is safe for you and the patient.2 - Check if the patient is conscious or unconscious. For this, you can tape or shake and say hardly ''Are you OK?''
3 - Open the airway. Put the head a little bit back and open the mouth to open the airway.
4 - Try to listen to some breathing sounds to know if the person can breathe. If after maximum ten seconds the person not breath begin the CPR.

6 - Do a breath to the baby. Put your mouth in his mouth and nose. Do not use all your lungs to do the breath for the baby just small breath are perfect.
7 - Give the one breath and see if the chest rise, if yes give the second breath. If not, repeat the open airway, put the head back and open the mouth.
8 - If the baby does not give some sign of life restart the compression one hundred at times and the breath.
